A Service to the Parents of Granite Baptist School

SUMMER DAY CAMP

Granite offers our school and church family a summer day camp program. We have sent a registration home with our current elementary parents. Even if you do not have a need for day care service, please promote this opportunity. We hope that the response will be great! Please contact the school office at 410-761-1118 if you are interested.  

CHICK-FIL-A

Join Granite Baptist School on Monday, May 5^th from 5:00pm-7:00pm for Chick-fil-a at The Centre at Glen Burnie. Twenty percent of the proceeds will be given back to the school. 

WALK-A-THON

Just a reminder the Walk-a-thon is scheduled for Monday, April 28^th at Kinder Farm Park. Lunch will be provided for all students. There is a $4.00 fee to get into the park. We hope to see you out there!

SECONDARY SPRING CONCERT

The 7^th-12^th grade fine art groups will be performing on Friday, May 2^nd. Please be sure your child has the appropriate concert dress as specified in the student handbook. 

Girls:  white long sleeve button-down Oxford, wine sleeveless V-neck vest, with Khaki skirt

Boys:  white long sleeve button-down Oxford, wine V-neck pullover, with khaki slacks

ELEMENTARY SPRING CONCERT

The 3^rd- 6^th grade Elementary students will be performing on Friday, May 9^th. Please be sure your child has the appropriate concert dress as specified in the student handbook.

Girls:  3^rd thru 4^th Grade – white long sleeve Peterpan blouse with navy jumper

Girls:  5^th Grade – white long sleeve Peterpan blouse with navy jumper or white long sleeve button-                                 down Oxford with navy skirt

Girls:  6^th Grade – white long sleeve button-down Oxford with navy skirt

Boys:  3^rd thru 6^th Grade – white long sleeve button-down Oxford with navy slacks 

NO MORE LUNCH ROOM CHARGING

Due to the end of the school year fast approaching, there will no longer be “charging” allowed in the lunch room. Please be sure that you send your child in with a lunch or the appropriate amount for their lunch order. 

SCHOOL UNIFORM SWAP

The next uniform swap will be held Saturday, May 3^rd from 9am- 12pm in the church auditorium.  

ARTHUR’S UNIFORM

If you want to purchase uniforms for the 2008-2009 school year, consider making your way to Arthur’s by May 15^th for the discounted price. Call the school office for location and phone number.
